A pasta machine\u2014plus the help of a friend\u2014works best here.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">&nbsp;<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>If you\u2019re short on time, wonton wrappers can be used in place of fresh pasta dough.&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Want to get ahead of the game? Freeze uncooked ravioli in a single layer on a floured baking sheet until solid, then transfer to a freezer-safe plastic bag and store for up to two months.
