When dinner time rolls around, an air-conditioned restaurant is one option, but most of the ones near me are packed with tourists at this time of year. If you&#8217;re similarly inclined to put a tasty meal on the table without turning on your oven or firing up the grill, here are five fabulous recipes from <strong>culture<\/strong>&#8216;s archives that are hearty enough to be a complete meal.
